The Role. As our Senior Investment Accountant you will contribute to the success of the organization by overseeing all aspects of Alliance's internal investment accounting and financial reporting.
The Key Responsibilities.
Assist with compiling financial data for monthly company reporting packages
Prepare financial reporting for founders, investors, lenders, managers and manage the maintenance of corporate accounts
Prepare opening investment journal entries and maintain tracking of pre-development costs as part of regular reporting cycles.
Establish and maintain key document and capital records for investment transactions through acquisition and sale.
Partner with internal Alliance divisions/departments to complete intercompany charge reconciliations and allocations. Manage, track and analyze revenue growth within operating divisions & complete budget-to-actual analysis.
Review property tax payments, track appeals, coordinate funding/consulting for property tax compliance on owned assets.
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting policies and procedures.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and relate effectively, productively, and positively with other Associates and owner contacts.

BA/BS degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
