Advenir Living owns and manages properties throughout Houston.
The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the assigned property under the direction of the Community Manager. On a daily basis, the Assistant Manager performs the tasks associated with the operation of the property including leasing, collections, resident services, etc.
The Assistant Manager would also be responsible for the completion of the listed duties but not be limited to them:
Completes daily, weekly and monthly reports as required
Assist Community Manager in the community renewal and marketing efforts
Assist with resident and employee relations
Inspect models and vacant units daily to ensure readiness

Valid Driver's License Required**
