The Role. As our Yardi Support Specialist you will be expected to assist our On-Site, Regional and Corporate associates perform their day to day functions within our property management systems. This role is instrumental in bridging the gap between IT support and Property Management operations.
The Key Responsibilities.
Provide technical assistance for associates utilizing Yardi software
Assist with troubleshooting resident ledgers
Review financial reporting and provide feedback
Communicate effectively via email
Manager support tickets within ZenDesk
Analyze requests to interpret solutions
Provide training and information for problem resolution
Lead efforts for creating and modifying user settings and profiles
Research and implement new modules and procedures in property management software
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and relate effectively, productively, and positively with other associates
Dependable, punctual, and reliable
Complete essential job functions with minimal supervision
Minimum of 1 year experience working with Yardi Voyager or other property management software
Previous knowledge of on-site property management operations required
2+ years of recent experience as an Assistant Property Manager
General computer knowledge and troubleshooting techniques
