The Role. Alliance is hiring an Executive Assistant to support our Senior VP of Performance in the Alliance Residential Company Corporate office in Phoenix, AZ. This position is primarily responsible for providing analytical support and coordination of the organization's major strategic initiatives. In addition, they will assist with general office duties such as expense reports, meeting set up, travel set up, ordering of office supplies, filing, etc.
The Key Responsibilities.
Create presentations for potential internal meetings.
Manage in/outbox, obtain signatures.
Draft and prepare correspondence to partners, senior leaders, department heads, accountants, vendor partners, etc.
Coordinate travel arrangements including conference reservations.
Return phone calls and set appointments as required.
Coordinate meetings and schedules.
Prepare expense reports.
Maintain contact database as well as the equity and debt database.
Track budget sheets.
Communicate with, and support, VPs and Directors, as needed.
Coordinate signatures on and mailing of all entities.
Copying, scanning and Federal Expressing packages, distributing mail, post marking mail, running errands, notarization of documents and other miscellaneous duties as required.
