The Role. As our Resident Events Manager you will be responsible for soliciting, planning and organizing events for the community that includes events for residents and charity. The Resident Events Manager will meet with clientele, different departments and vendors in order to organize each event from start to finish. The ability to deal with high levels of stress and be able to make quick decisions are the keys to your success.
The Key Responsibilities.
Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery
Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations
Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to your team
Coordinate and attend resident functions to include one major monthly function, weekly and daily functions (must be proficient in setting up and taking down all props and materials used for all functions)
Have a sales and marketing knowledge in order to advertise and target different demographics and to complete market research for desired activities

Minimum of 2 years previous management experience in customer service or sales
Previous large events planning experience preferred
