This position is responsible for managing the day to day facility operations of one or more properties relating to retail, office space rental, parking assignments, etc. serving as the primary, single point of contact for Community Manager(s), Asset Management and other relevant groups. Provides proactive management and issue resolution for all facilities related functions. Supports the execution of all programs and operational needs that require implementation including, building maintenance, equipment, and property care, including but not limited to budgetary responsibility.
