As our Marketing Community Support Administrator the opportunity for expressing world class customer service is endless. You will assist Business Managers and Regional Managers with administrative duties, creative marketing initiatives, auditing and risk management.
The Key Responsibilities.
-Focus on marketing initiatives for properties throughout Colorado
-Ensuring Alliance marketing and branding standards are in place
-Event Planning and Coordinating
-Assisting with property reputation management audits and responses
-Management of various social media platforms
-Overview/Planning and Management of various ILS's for communities
-Coordination and support for Internet listing management software (ARW) and property website integration
-Planning and organization of outreach marketing and preferred employer programs
-Tracking and monitoring of PPC/SEO Campaigns
-Monitoring and review of accuracy of property websites; including photography and virtual tour models
-Complete Alliance Property Audits as requested by Regional Manager
-On-site marketing visits to include focusing and or assisting properties with high exposure
-Complete internet shops through online advertising sources on sites and document response times, response methods and other guidelines as requested by the Regional Manager
-Complete file audit, market survey and other reports necessary to complete due diligence on new community
-Complete Market Surveys and various Market Analysis for new business and due diligence projects
-Possess excellent customer service and follow-up skills
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
-Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and relate effectively, productively, and positively with other associates
-Professional appearance and demeanor
-High level of proficiency with marketing and technology focused initiatives
