This position plays a key role on the Talent Management Team by performing supportive recruiting tasks necessary for staffing purposes. Responsibilities include the pre-hire screening/boarding of new hires, planning hiring events, initial review of resumes, data analytics and much more. The role is essential in ensuring the recruitment/sourcing process is effective and processed efficiently as well as serving as the lead on all aspects related to the pre-hire screening and boarding process.
Thorough understanding of the Company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of hiring policies and procedures as well as federal and state laws regarding employment practices. Candidate pre-screening best practices are essential as well.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Facilitate the entire pre-hire screening process including the monitoring of disclosure statements, ordering background checks/assigning drug screens, reporting results and securing candidate start dates in order to board them in the Alliance Talent system Liaison for property takeover updates as they relate to the recruiting tracking documents Provide training on Alliance Talent system to ensure managers are able to maximize their access. Support the planning of local job fairs and other college-recruiting events as needed. Serve as the Alliance Talent Scout (referral program) lead to facilitate promotional campaigns, contests and manage analytics Provide candidate pre-screening support on assigned requisitions. Serve as the Job Seeker Experience Ambassador and provide technical support for job seekers Facilitate internal communication related to internal transfer/promotion opportunities, anniversaries/company reviews, etc. Serve as the Alliance Candidate Ambassador Consistent communication with appropriate internal personnel regarding status of open positions and candidates in pre-hire. Maintaining content on the Alliance Talent Pre-Boarding candidate portal Monitor monthly and quarterly reporting and statistics Knowledge, skills, abilities and other qualities required for success within the role:

BA in Human Resources or Business related field, preferred
1-3 years of similar administrative HR capacity, preferably handling talent acquisition processes in a high-volume environment
Experience in entering, maintaining and managing day-to-day activities in HRIS or ATS
Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
