Lincoln Property Company is looking for an Executive Assistant to help support our Military Housing division. This position will work closely with our Asset Management team and will directly support the President of Lincoln Military Housing.
This is an administrative role that requires strong organization skills and a keen eye for detail. We are looking for a candidate with a positive mindset, strong work ethic, and a go-getter attitude. This position requires basic knowledge of administrative duties including computer skills, strong written and verbal communication, email etiquette, and customer service protocol. Candidates must be organized, timely, and professional as they will be the main support system for our regional office and executive team.
Responsibilities (included, but not limited to):
Manage executive calendars
Schedule executive travel and create travel itineraries
Create and submit expense reports
Schedule, attend, and transcribe weekly meetings
Communicate with company partners and act as liaison for executive team
Assist with meeting and conference planning as needed
Work closely with Asset Management team on special projects as assigned
Carry out other administrative duties as needed
Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2+ years Administrative Assistant experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
Ability to navigate Google technologies including Gmail, Calendar, and Drive.
Ability to multi-task and take on more than one project at a time.
Willing to work closely with other teams and support regional staff with special projects.
Maintain confidential information and email correspondence.
