Thornwood is a luxury 251 unit community that will be built within walkable distance to retail and restaurants. This Class A community requires a strong, mature and experienced leader who loves new construction, lease ups and marketing.

The ideal candidate possesses:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Property Manager in the multi-family industry
Significant lease up experience required
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Manage community operations, maximize rental income and minimize expenses through planning and control
Experience interpreting financial data, budgets and preparing monthly ownership reports
Professional appearance and communication skills
Superb marketing skills with the ability to develop a property marketing plan and oversee outside marketing (experience in the Memphis market)
Effectively communicate, both oral and written, with Supervisor and Ownership
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, relationship-building & customer service skills
