The Housekeeper works under the supervision of the Property Manager and the Service Manager to clean all vacant apartments. The Housekeeper details each unit cleaned, doing "touch ups" to make them ready for showing to prospective residents. Cleans other facilities on the property including the property office, laundry rooms, model units, the fitness center and also cleans public restrooms.

 

Essential Duties:

 

Gets daily assignments of units to clean and then gathers the necessary supplies and takes them to each assigned unit.

Cleans vacant apartments including disinfecting appliances and bathrooms, soaking light fixtures, mopping floors and cleaning all woodwork, windows etc...

May complete checklist to verify that all aspects of an apartment are clean.

Must be able to learn a standard way to clean apartments and facilities. Able to lift moderate weight regularly, to work in moderately difficult environments and to perform physically difficult labor.  Past experience in housekeeping is preferred.
