The Senior Recruiter is both hands-on and strategic; fully involved in the full lifecycle of the recruiting process and oversees the company Employment Brand. While this role will recruit for Corporate, Shared Services, and On-Site roles, the primary focus will be improving the recruiting strategy, employment brand, and candidate experience to attract and retain quality candidates for the organization. The successful candidate has a customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering results and consistent communications to the client, along with creative attention to Talent Acquisition.
Hands on and strategic full lifecycle recruiting for Mission Rock Residential.
Assist in the ongoing development of our employment brand and recruiting collateral strategy and design.
Partner on the ongoing social media strategy for recruitment that increases market penetration and visibility.
Monitor the company’s online presence and reviews, responding as appropriate and working toward a continual improvement in the number of positive reviews and overall rating.
Take ownership of the overall candidate experience, from the MRR brand presence, to the application experience, interview experience, and offer to on-boarding.
Research, recommend, and implement Talent Acquisition strategies consistent with the MRR vision and objectives.
Collaborate with hiring managers and appropriate members of the HR team on needs analysis, position descriptions, sourcing strategies, interviewing process and selection.
Create efficiencies in the recruiting process by challenging the status quo, looking for continual improvements, and providing resources such as template design and execution.
Utilize sourcing strategies to create a pool of passive and active candidates with an emphasis on demographics differentiation.
Establish networks to build a pipeline of qualified applicants for open positions.
Work with Marketing to create and/or administer a proactive recruitment strategy that is broad reaching and emphasized the employment brand.
Monitor and ensure that candidates are moved through the hiring process in a timely manner; ensuring all candidates flow through the recruiting process in a fair and equitable manner.
Represent the organization at job fairs and local recruiting events as appropriate.
Follow existing compensation philosophy when working with hiring managers to put together competitive offers for candidates; making appropriate fact-based recommendations against budget as required.
Manage external vendors/search firms as needed.

5 year(s): BA/BS degree required. Minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with an HR, Business, Marketing, or Operations emphasis. Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategic planning in terms of attraction and retention of Talent.
Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field
