The position REQUIRES a minimum of 2-5 years recent on-site Assistant Community Manager on an A and B asset and Leasing B & C Asset must be Dress for Success a portray the ultimate in professional appearance and convey exemplary customer care.
Excellent Customer Service is Key Leadership capabilities Policy changes and ability to maintain occupancy with heavy rental increases, and a possess professionalism in customer care. Must be able Demonstrate ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and initiate appropriate course of action. Effectively convey ideas, images and goals. Candidate must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances. Marketing outside the box is a huge plus. Must be creative and have the ability to take the property, residents and supervisor by meeting expectations of maintaining occupancy with while displaying superior customer service qualities. Must work well with hands on supervision Candidate must be proficient in Fair Housing laws, competent in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, and math, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as recent One Site software knowledge. Proficient in all safety and OSHA laws and regulations. One Site is a MUST. Must be willing to participate in training in order to comply with new or existing laws. Be able to work evenings and weekends if required. Present self in a neat, clean and professional manner at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community.
