By supporting the efforts of the Regional Vice President, the Administrative Assistant assists with initiatives to ensure accuracy, organization and proficiency. As our Administrative Assistant you will be expected to manage the Regional Vice President's schedule, daily communications, and organization and completion of reports and documents. While maintaining an organized and detailed work space, the Administrative Assistant will serve as a liaison for all Associates and other corporate offices.
The Key Responsibilities. Coordinate meetings and travel schedules
Draft and complete reports, documents, contracts, and other related administrative paperwork
Read and screen the Vice President's email, phone messages and mail as requested with emphasis of confidentiality
Respond to inquiries as it is appropriate
Provide customer service for Alliance residents by handling customer service phone calls, follow-up, and problem resolution
Coordinate and assist with company functions (e.g. holiday events, training meetings, and regional events)
Conduct research and complete company reports (e.g. market surveys, on-site reports and assistance, etc.)
Assist with property takeovers through coordination of required documents, manuals, reports, and forms
Maintain office records and filing systems

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and relate effectively, productively, and positively with other associates
Dependable, punctual and reliable
Ability to multi-task and change focus quickly to accommodate service needs of associates and/or clients
Ability to manage time well and complete projects on short deadlines
Schedule/Hours can vary dependent on current projects
Anticipated work week would be minimum of 40 hours, if project requires additional assistance, occasional overtime will be granted
