Real Estate/Property Management, Sales, Site Personnel - Office & Leasing
Crestmarc Residential is searching for motivated individuals to join our on-site management and sales team. Our office team is the first point of contact at our apartment communities. If you have persuasive marketing and sales skills, excellent communication and negotiating abilities, and are customer service oriented, this may be the perfect role for you!
In the sales/leasing role, you will quickly identify the needs of our prospective residents to help them find the perfect apartment home.
The Community Manager will be responsible for the management of an assigned community including financial (revenue and expense) performance, customer satisfaction and retention, and personnel management.
The Assistant Community Manager works directly with the community manager, Sales, and Service teams to maintain and execute an effective sales strategy and resident experience program to maximize the property performance.
This is a fast-paced environment where every day will be different. If you are comfortable working in a sales-driven environment and are always willing to go above and beyond to exceed the customer's expectations, this could be the perfect role for you! Our ideal Sales Associate has 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail, hospitality, or multi-family environment. Our management team should have at least 2 to 5 years experience in a a multi-family environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Yardi is ideal.
