Property Management Company is looking for a high energy Leasing Agent for 300 Unit Apartment community in Bedford, TX.
Must have 2-4 years experience in leasing apartment. Responsible for rental of apartment units to ensure maximum occupancy at all times and high renewal rates. Responsible for move-ins and move-outs, lease negotiations, renewals, and apartment showings. Responsible for ensuring paperwork is current and prospective tenants is completed accurately. Must be familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures. Must be able to work weekends, be outgoing and friendly. Must have great attitude, excellent customer service, and the desire to exceed expectations!
Competitive pay depending on experience and certifications PLUS commissions. Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits begin after 30 days of employment.
