The Role. As the office services assistant, you will be responsible for the management of scheduling vendors/staff in the apartment turn process. You will need to have organizational skills, time management and experience in office scheduling.
The Key Responsibilities.
Exemplary customer service and excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
High degree of customer service skills, confidentiality and trustworthiness.
Ability to multi-task and change focus quickly to accommodate service needs of associates and/or residents
Excellent computer skills including email, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Cover phones while performing other duties away from front desk.
Apply customer service follow up to work orders and move ins completed by in house maintenance team
Liaise with Property Manager and Maintenance to delegate needs for the apartment homes.
Provide administrative support in aspects of invoices of vendors utilized for the turn process
Excellent organizational skills.
High degree of confidentiality and trustworthiness.

Minimum of 1 year experience working in a customer facing administrative or customer service role
