Works closely with the Vice President, Regional Vice Presidents, Regional Managers and Business Managers in project management
Responsible for collaborating on economic performance of assets through budget oversight including revenue growth, expense management, talent and other financial goals, together with overseeing the physical condition of the properties and ongoing capital projects on behalf of ownership.
Conducts property visits throughout the region/area to ensure owner objectives are being attained.
Responsible for communicating with ownership on issues unique to his/her region and may provide monthly and quarterly reviews of the asset upon request.
Conduct or request general and specific market data research.
Perform or request competitive analysis.
Analyze and review market rent data.
Interior Design development and acquisition projects with an emphasis on consistent branding, merchandising and cutting edge design.
Conceptualization and project management of apartment building development both exterior and interior. Areas of responsibility to include: interior design, selection of finishes, landscaping, marketing, advertising and public relations events.
Collaborate with Corporate IT and marketing and advertising partner to update existing website, corporate logos, individual property logos and color schemes as well as site marketing materials.
Integral in the creation of hard cost, soft cost and budgets for existing apartment community remodels.
Create and manage costs and budgets for existing apartment community remodels.
Coordinate, manage, and creatively direct multiple interior designers on simultaneous projects at various stages of development.
Coordinate in-house or 3rd party consultants, including design consultants, colorization consultants, etc.
Coordinate/execute cable/phone/utilities agreements for developed communities.
Design furniture layout on floor plans for developed communities.
Create and coordinate informational and marketing packages for potential development opportunities and for the disposition of existing apartment communities.
Various other job duties, as assigned by supervisor.
