The Job:Our Service Managers oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations. Some days are pressure filled and you’ll need to remain flexible, resourceful and efficient. Specific responsibilities include:
Performing general maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing carpentry, drywall, appliances, exterior structure, and swimming pools
Directing and supervising maintenance staff
The Details:Our Service Managers should have:
High School diploma or equivalent
At least three years of previous experience – in apartment maintenance or other related trade experience
HVAC EPA and CPO Certifications
Basic tools of the trade
Be willing and able to work on-call
The work schedule is Monday - Friday 7am-4pm
On call 1 week a month
