Responsible for supporting the Regional team with administrative responsibilities.This person will manage the regional marketing collateral material including website management, functionality and accuracy as well as handling regional social media interactions. Manage insurance claims documentation and employment applicant tracking system. Support and track employee initiatives for the region. The Administrative Coordinator role works directly with the regional team and support is crucial in the success of Lincoln’s mission of providing exemplary service in accordance with Lincoln Military Housing quality customer satisfaction standards.
General Job Duties
- May include managing social media for the Region, which includes monitoring, and updating company website and intranet as needed. -Maintain consistent content data and branding across all online and print marketing. - Coordination of marketing collateral, ensuring everything is in stock, and organized for district offices use. -Coordination of calendar events and supplies. -Office duties such as answering phones, organizing activities and sorting mail. - Manage day-to-day tasks such as development of creative assets, project budgets, and timelines. - Responsible for tracking insurance claims including investigation and analyzation of damages. - Provide excellent communication in a timely manner to external (vendors and co-workers) with the purpose to ensure their success. - Preparing materials for presentations and meetings, including typing, proofreading, photocopying and distribution. - Handles in-house media projects including video creation and photography. -Administrator the Region Wellness plan. -Support with special projects, special events, appreciation events, and other assigned items.
Education - An Associate Degree or equivalent experience in Administration or Marketing is preferred.
Experience - Property management experience is desired. - Knowledge of marketing. - Experience with analyzing information and problem solving. - Experience in providing high-level administrative and analytical support, including ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, initiative, tact and diplomacy. - Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, photography, videography, Premiere Pro, Lightroom and MAC platforms as well as Microsoft Office. -Professional writing experience desired.
