Westlake Housing is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for a 240 unit senior community located in N. Richland Hills, TX.
Position requires at least 1 years' experience in property management. Affordable and/or tax credit experience preferred, but not required.
Duties and Responsibilities are to include the following:
- Resident relations
- Marketing and leasing
Experience with office equipment and MS office products is a plus*
Job brief: The Assistant Manager is to assist the Property Manager in effectively managing the assigned property. In the Property Manager's absence, the Assistant Manager will assume all responsibilities associated with accomplishing property objectives. In addition, the Assistant Manager assists in maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including accurate reporting of rents and deposits received.
