The National Systems Training Specialist will provide national and regional systems training support by delivering instructor-led classroom training, vILTs, and one-one one training support.
Additionally, the National Systems Training Specialist will assist in the development and management of special systems learning projects that support various national systems initiatives. The position is based in Dallas, Texas reporting to the National Systems Manager, Learning and Talent Development.

National Systems Training
Train associates on procedures related to property management systems including, but not limited to Yardi, Entrata and RealPage
Assist National Systems Manager in developing and maintaining systems training guides, job aides, and video learning
Review systems training tickets in LPC helpdesk and assess needed resolution
Work with National Systems Manger to analyze systems learning issues in the field and deploy appropriate learning solutions to directly impact performance
Develop Bluemoon Administration project plan with National Systems Manger
Collaborate with Regional Directors of Learning and Talent Development (RDLTDs) and other regional team members to review city and state lease requirements and legal precedents
Schedule a review of default leases for each community to ensure leases are adhering to Lincoln policy and regional requirements
Perform audit of Bluemoon users to restrict lease administration access
Perform quarterly meetings with regions to ensure leases remain relevant to LPC policy and regional requirements/laws
National Systems Projects
Evaluate, test and troubleshoot new software and upgrades
Manage product roll out communications as needed
Assist National Systems Manager in supporting roll out initiatives of learning department and other national teams
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and interpersonal-skills, with a coaching mentality.
3+ years of training and/or property management experience
Advanced knowledge of Yardi, Entrata and RealPage preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills; virtual facilitation skills a plus
Approximately 30% Travel Required, but may include more during rollouts
