We are currently seeking a National Talent Acquisition Coordinator at our National headquarters located in Newport Beach, CA.
The National Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be directly involved with National and General Management Office level talent acquisition which includes recruiting activities, posting and managing requisitions, sourcing of candidates, and managing the applicant tracking system. In addition, this position is responsible for facilitating the entire recruitment and hiring process performed at each regional level, and supporting the designated individuals performing the same functions. This role will be accountable for supporting recruiting campaigns that align with Lincoln Military Housing’s talent acquisition strategy of attracting qualified candidates to support the growth of the business and our overall mission.
This job includes but is not limited to:
Manage development of the recruitment process and implementation of recruitment innovations to support company turnover / goal and fill positions in a timely manner with candidates that fit the company's standards.
Ensure process is in compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations.
Track company-wide adoption of applicant tracking system (iCIMs), hiring process and assessment programs
Communicating recruiting progress, efforts and outcomes regularly to regional and national management.
Coordinate and facilitate training with Operations with respect to recruiting and interviewing skills, selection, and retention as well as Applicant Tracking System management.
Work within iCIMS Applicant Tracking System to schedule interviews, track pipeline updates, and help manage metrics and success rates of recruiting initiatives
Work with regions to continually develop pipelines of talent for repeatable and/or high-volume needs.
Escalate any issues in the recruiting process to ensure targeted new hire needs are achieved
Support recruitment team with the hiring process.
Identify recruitment challenges and research solutions
Identify local, industry-specific and/or college job fairs
Identify third parties such as universities or colleges to build strong working relationships for recruiting
Ensure necessary recruitment collateral, etc. is available.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends, including turn over reports, time to fill and troubleshoot any issues pertaining to recruiting.
Position requires approximately 35% travel, local and nationwide.
BA/BS Human Resource Management or Business preferred. Three to five years’ recruitment experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated understanding of recruiting via variety of Social Media outlet
Recruiting experience for multiple business functions
Comprehensive knowledge of employee interview techniques and applicable regulations including federal, state and city EEO and DOL laws required
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and pre-employment assessments
Background in Property Management, hospitality or retail recruiting a plus.
