The ideal Director of Operations (DO) candidate will play a senior leadership role in our mid-sized company. The ideal candidate will be hands-on. The ideal candidate leads in a collaborative way. Palms is a long-term holder of real estate. The DO strategizes rent growth and engages him/herself in maintaining and renovating our properties consistent with long-term vision.
Develops employees for future promotion; develops individuals who excel in teams
Directs property growth through tactical pricing management and assertive contract negotiation
Evaluates, executes maintenance and capex contracts to secure long-term asset value
Recommends process improvements through enhanced use of technology
Positions commercial/retail properties for highest tenancy
Proven interest in continuing education such as CPM designation.
Proven contract negotiation skills. Demonstrates an edge
Inspires team through thought leadership. Offers ideas and ensures their execution.
Interest in real estate development.
Desires to live and travel within our 4-state territory (VA, NC, SC, Savannah, GA)
Overnight travel is required.
