The allotment coordinator oversees the entire BAH allotment process for Service Members who currently reside in Lincoln PPV Housing. This position mainly focuses on the area in Phase IV which addresses, Lemoore, China Lake, Port Hueneme, Point Mugu, Catalina Heights (Camarillo) Fallon NV and Joint Base Lewis McChord in Washington State.

The BAH allotment process includes various assignments. Projects include but are not limited to the following:
Monthly BAH sweeps for all Lincoln PPV Housing properties in Lemoore, China Lake, Port Hueneme, Point Mugu, Catalina Heights (Camarillo) Fallon NV and JBLM.
Constant communication with district offices regarding Service Members discrepancies in rent allotments, cut off dates or other various questions/problems.
Organizing all allotment postings in a methodical manner.
Coding all rent allotment postings for starts/stops/increases/decreases.
Creating a reject report on a monthly basis for all anomalies with the Service Member's rent allotment so that the districts will know who their delinquent accounts will be.
Communicating with other Lincoln Housing offices as needed.
Reporting promotions/demotions to each District Office on a monthly basis.
Create, format and submit start/stop/change information to MAC on a bimonthly basis with respect to cut off dates.
Verify Service Members BAH through Military POC on an as needed basis.
Special projects when required or as directed by the Senior Regional Property Manager or the Regional Vice President
