The Job: Our Service/Renovation Technicians must be willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced team-environment. Some days are pressure filled and you’ll need to remain flexible, resourceful and efficient. Renovation Technicians are responsible for: converting multiple standard units to Mission Rock Residential approved renovations, installing all hardware and fixtures into renovated units, scheduling and coordinating vendors and assist the maintenance team when renovation work is completed. Prior unit renovation experience is a must. The right candidate may work with any of the following:
* Exterior structures
* Swimming pools
All Mission Rock Residential Employees are required to successfully pass a pre-employment drug and background screen
The Details: Our Service/Renovation Technician should meet the following criteria:
* High School diploma or equivalent
* At least one year of previous experience – in apartment maintenance or other related trade experience
* Have their own, basic tools
* Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
