Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Operations

We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant based in Newport Beach, CA that will be responsible for supporting the needs of the Vice President of Operations for Lincoln Military Housing. The ideal candidate must be positive with a can-do attitude, exceedingly well organized, have strong multitasking skills, excellent communication skills, enjoy administrative challenges and have a strong inclination to work in a team-oriented environment.
Calendar management, scheduling/coordination of details for meetings with internal and external contacts
Managing travel arrangements and completing and tracking expense reports
Scheduling meetings, interviews, assist with planning events, etc.
Organization and maintenance of information that may be sensitive, confidential or technical in nature
Exercising good judgment to effectively manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
Attending and participating in designated calls and meetings, with the ability to travel (both local and nationwide).
Provide Notation / Meeting Minutes
Producing general correspondence, reports and presentations
Assist and support both national and regional operations and special projects as assigned.
Completes other duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of previous administrative experience in a corporate environment, supporting at least one senior executive.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a timely manner
Proficiency in Windows, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other
Proven ability to review data and create and maintain charts in Excel
Experience with electronic calendaring (google), meeting invites, Go to meetings, Zoom, etc.
Experience working across multiple time zones.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
