Responsible for assisting with all aspects of basic-level administration and technical application support to end-users. Monitors and reports on the internal security safeguard of accounting onsite receipts. Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.
Essential Job Functions:
Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer.
Complete requests to reapply receipts including monitoring and reporting for supervisor review.
Uses standard receipt guidelines and protocols to determine if activities are not in compliance.
Utilizes the tenant ledgers to review, research and report on reapplied receipts.
Monitors and reports on the internal security safeguard activities related to reapplied receipts.
Provides basic level support, including troubleshooting application errors for the property management system.
Uses the automated help desk ticket management system to access service request and track progress form creation through resolution adhering to the standard service level agreement.
Assists with identifying intermediate and advanced level support problems including timely communication to next tier level of support.
Responsible for user administration and password reset requests for the property management system.
Manages security by taking proper precautions so that the users are allowed access to the necessary and appropriate applications within the property management system in accordance with SOX regulations and controls.

Minimum 1-year experience in a technical support/helpdesk role
General understanding of Yardi software and how it is used within the organization
Demonstrated troubleshooting, problem-solving and training skills
Strong customer service and timely response skills
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers
Associates or bachelor's degree in computer science
