Resident Services Manager - Pembroke Pines, FL Area Apartments
As a Resident Services Manager you would serve as the main contact for residents and lease renewal programs.
Essential Job Functions:
Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date resident and property files.
Handles all resident issues in an efficient and professional manner to include, but not limited to, complaints and lease violations.
Handles the Renewal Program to include letters, follow-up, call backs on notices and ensures lease documents are properly executed.
Maintains a strong understanding of the community, specials and floor plans.
Responsible for overseeing maintenance issues to include, but not limited to, scheduling, follow-up and closing completed requests.
Assists as needed with leasing functions.
Other duties as required.
Associates degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
Previous Apartment leasing experience preferred
Strong understanding of Company policies, Fair Housing guidelines and leasing documents
A valid driver's license may be required
Yardi Voyager experience preferred
MS Office Word/Excel experience required
Excellent organizational and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor

Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A desire to exceed in a very competitive environment
