A Day in the Life:
As our Resident Relations Manager you will be challenged to deliver world-class customer service. You will coordinate all resident events and programs, and assist the Leasing Team and Service Team to ensure resident satisfaction. By building lasting relationships with Alliance teammates and residents, you will strive to create a strong resident community in order to increase retention.
What You ll Do:
Active management of the planning and organizing of all events held for the community
Firm understanding and adherence to budgetary responsibility and impact to property and asset
Project management knowledge with community events while maintaining within budget
Assist Business Manager and Service Supervisor with resident announcements regarding large community projects
Monitor survey results, including Kingsley portal, and provide follow-ups with residents when applicable
Assist Business Manager with management of online reviews, monitor/update social media accounts
Ensure all Renters' Insurance policies are current
Respond to resident requests and work with residents to minimize and resolve resident problems and complaints.
Consistency in full circle communication
What You ll Need to Succeed:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Associates of Bachelor s preferred
Minimum of 3+ years of previous experience in property management preferred
Knowledge of computer operating systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Exemplary customer relations and communication both in person and via phone/email
