Easlan Management Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to add to our team in Spartanburg, SC.
Technical and Physical Requirements
Have sufficient knowledge of the following:
HVAC- the cleaning, repairing and replacement of coils, fans, blowers, controls, pumps, and compressors- Certification Required.
Plumbing-repair and/or replacement of disposals, drains faucets, etc.
Electrical-repair and/or replacement of motors, thermostats, lights, etc.
Swimming Pool - Maintenance/Repair-Certification Required
Occasional lifting up to 100 pounds with frequent lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
You must efficiently handle multiple projects simultaneously and obtain clear accurate results.
Move quickly and with good coordination in order to meet deadlines, i.e., climbing stairs, walking properties and completing work orders.
Must be able to perform the following activities: bending, stooping, twisting, squatting, kneeling, stair climbing, descending, work on ladders, work on uneven terrain and work above shoulder level.
Perform any other duties as outlined by Property Manager
