Under general supervision, the IT Manager of Business Solutions is responsible for leading Application Development and Support of custom-developed web applications across several business functions (Accounting, Employee Development, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, Revenue, etc.). This position is also responsible for the continuos improvement and adoption of InsideCamden (our company intranet portal hosted within SharePoint) as well as maximizing Camden s overall investment in Office 365. Nothing sinks a Team quicker than poor communication! As the IT Manager of Business Solutions, you play a key liason role between Key Business Users and IT - prompt and effective communication is critical, particularly during firedrills. You will be expected to keep Key Business Users aware of the status of all reported issues with any of the suite of applications within your portfolio, ensuring they are categorized with the appropriate severity and that they are resolved within given Service Level Agreements (SLA s).

Bachelor s degree or higher in technology or business related field
3 5 years of experience leading a Team of Web Application Developers
5 7 years of experience with supporting cloud/native applications
5 7 years of experience developing Web Applications using Angular technologies
5 7 years of experience of SQL (Oracle or Microsoft)
5 7 years of Project Management experience, preferably leveraging the Agile Development Methodology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook
Experience must include, but is not limited to, a number of the following technical disciplines:
Angular Development and Design Patterns
Agile Development Methodology
Experience in any of the following a plus:
Oracle Cloud (Integration, ERP, HCM, PBCS, etc.)
Postman, Soap UI
Experience in Real Estate, Multi-family Housing or construction industry

Job is intermittently sedentary but requires mobility (i. e., climb stairs) to tour, show, and inspect apartments on a daily basis
Will use some repetitive motion of hand-wrist in using computer and writing
Must have normal range of vision to complete applications, leases, general paperwork and handle computerized bookkeeping duties; hearing and speech to communicate with residents, vendors, supervisors and coworkers on the telephone or in person on a regular basis
Must handle stressful, urgent, novel and diverse work situations on a daily basis
Emotional stability and personal maturity are important attributes in this position
Works in a typical office setting with daily exposure to outdoor environment (i. e., heat, cold, damp, rain, etc.) when touring community
Hazards can be avoided with proper lifting techniques, SDS and general safety training
Will be regularly called upon to work long hours and odd schedules (including weekends)
Position requires periodic travel by automobile to handle work-related activities
May require airline travel, out-of-town and /or overnight trips
Attendance and punctuality is essential for success in this position
