A Day in the Life of a Resident Communication Associate
As a Lincoln Military Housing Resident Communication Associate, you will be responsible for assisting and engaging with Lincoln Military Housing customers on social media. Acting as a liaison between the site team and the customer, this position will coordinate with teams and customer across the country to ensure customer satisfaction. The Resident Communications Associate is expected to correspond with customers in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. All Resident Communications Associates must be able to portray the LMH Mission Statement for each customer interaction. Essential duties and responsibilities are listed below for reference.
Your Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Monitoring Lincoln Military Housing social channels, review sites, and LincolnMilitary. com for customer inquiries, comments, and questions
Coordinate and collaborate with LMH team members to assist customers with questions and inquiries via social media channels, review sites, email, and phone calls
Respond to customer inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy
Follow up frequently with customers throughout the life of their complaint resolution
Report on customer engagement trends and overall social media activity
Assist team with building an engaging brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Help to execute engagement tactics that will promote growth on our social media sites
Develop an understanding of resident s needs, property locations, maintenance service categories, and general knowledge of Lincoln Military Housing to effectively communicate with residents and prospective residents
What You Need for Success:
Superior interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; ability to thrive in a cross-functional, team-based environment is critical
Displays professionalism, enthusiasm, positive attitude to develop and nurture customer relationships
Proficiency in current technology, social media platforms, and business systems.
Attention to detail, time management skills, exceptional initiative & follow-through skills
Develop a friendly rapport with customers in 280 characters or less
Ability to handle complex customer issues while maintaining a positive attitude
Ability to effectively communicate with customers, managers and co-workers; to quickly and easily read others through verbal and written cues
Ability to maneuver through various systems to provide the customer accurate information
