As the Assistant Property Manager you will ensure the efficient operations of AMLI South Shore under the direction of the property manager. AMLI South Shore is a 375 unit mid-rise apartment community located in southeast Austin, currently undergoing a $13 million renovation. Key areas include collections, leasing and resident services.
Efficient and timely reporting, maintenance and submission of all administrative forms, files and reports. Post rent to the computer tracking system.
Perform timely and accurate Bookkeeping functions as necessary.
Responsible for the inventory and ordering of all necessary administrative supplies and equipment for the property. Review invoices, vendor service, material charges, coding and processing for payment.
Ensure contact with business and locator services, and ensure availability of promotional materials.
Lease to qualified prospects by showing available apartments. Assist with the lease renewal program with initial contact and follow-up on residents.
Ensure efficient and courteous response to all resident requests. Assist the Property Manager in solving resident problems and on-going resident relations.
Requirements: We are looking for someone with two or more years related experience, HS/GED required, college a big plus. Experience working in the multifamily/apartment industry a big plus.
