A Day in the Life:
As our Director of Real Estate you will be expected to contribute to the success of the organization by providing new client/property leads, conducting due diligence, manage branding of corporate business development materials and increasing the business portfolio.
What You ll Do:
Source new client and/or property leads
Assist current clients with due diligence using established Alliance method of conducting and analyzing
Create a budget to be submitted to the client prior to takeover
Assist operations, when requested by COO, with any special project requests
Work with trade organizations with special focus on the California market to help grow the business and establish contacts for future business leads.
Generate news releases about Alliance (new properties, development, personnel announcements, etc.) to create a more concise and effective Alliance branding and marketing campaign
Negotiate management contracts by using standard Alliance forms
Update New Business Pipeline weekly and distribute
Coordinate with VP s and Regional Managers on the takeover of new properties
What You ll Need to Succeed:
B. A. or B. S. in real estate, management or finance with a minimum of two years of relevant experience
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Exceptional organizational skills
Innovative marketing skills and abilities
Strong mathematical abilities and experience reading community financials
Excellent customer service skills
