A Day in the Life:
Your role as our Operations Manager will be essential in assisting the Executive Vice President, Vice President of Operations, Regional Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations and lead CSA Team with Southwest management oversight.
What You ll Do:
Aid Executive Vice President with company organization and expenses, personal and/or business
Manage and facilitate regional communications/quarterly incentives
Monitor all incoming online reviews
Monitor KPI standings on a property/company
Develop reporting for Business Managers, Regional Managers, and Vice Presidents to ensure improvement/coaching is occurring if scores are below average
Assist Director of Operations on researching opportunities and assist properties in outreach involvement.
Plan and facilitate company functions and brainstorm ideas for contests/events to increase associate/property momentum on a quarterly basis
Provide CSA Team assistance in requesting and completing all transitional documentation for RM s and team
Maintain communication with on-site teams regularly
Motivate staff by providing support and positive reinforcement
What You ll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor s degree preferred
2+ year of professional residential Multifamily property management experience
Knowledge of computer operating systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
CPM achievement preferred
Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
