Sterling Group, an award-winning property management developer, is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager for our apartment community, Lake Castleton Apartments, located in Indianapolis, IN.
Lake Castleton apartments is a 90-acre community with 1,261 apartment homes. It is the second largest apartment community in the state of Indiana.
Day to day responsibilities include management and monitoring the Leasing Office, Business Relations, and Maintenance department. Experience in apartment renovation and lease-ups is preferred. Must be able to meet deadlines, daily managing and leading a team of 25 colleagues.

The successful candidate must have strong organizational and time management skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook) YARDI program knowledge a plus. Our requirements also include proficient reading, writing, excellent interpersonal relation and communication skills, and a passion for customer-focused service.
