Top candidates will have experience working for multiple clients on different asset types and/or markets. You must know financials, be analytical but likable and relate well to our onsite teams. To top it off you will also be a good problem solver, critical thinker, organized and good with technology. The Revenue Associate supports the planning, implementation, execution, and ongoing maintenance of the Company s revenue management application and systems, monitors that proper system settings are being utilized, identifies and reports any issues and problems, and supports the on-site management teams in the daily application of the revenue management system to ensure optimum rental rates and maximum revenues.EducationCollege degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field and/or equivalent experience is preferred.Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to create and make presentations to senior managers and staff, and to teach information systems programs and classes.
Skills in time management in order to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
High degree of proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, YieldStar, OneSite, Yardi, and database management programs in order to complete required reports, evaluate applications and systems, and produce necessary communication materials.
Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percents in order to analyze data and information contained in systems reports.
Employment history that demonstrates a broad understanding of the real estate industry and, particularly, on-site operations in the multi-family housing industry.
