Act as the voice of the company, representing Weidner to our residents.
Address resident concerns and feedback as well as engaging with residents in social media and online review sites.
Monitor and address customer reviews on search engine and social media websites, such as ApartmentRatings.com, property web sites, GoogleReviews, Yelp, Facebook, Twitter, blogs, etc.
Track customer concerns and reviews via ZenDesk.
Address and respond to customer service challenges via internet and phone contact.
Manage time effectively, able to move quickly and effortlessly in a fast paced company culture.
Participate effectively in brainstorming of social media initiatives based on business and brand goals.
Participate in special projects and duties as assigned.

Prepare internal social media performance reports, including data from Google, Facebook Insights, analytics, ApartmentRatings.com.
Prepare monthly customer service issue reports to analyze resident issues by type, regional and community.
Follow Weidner s Mission, Vision and Values and comply with all Weidner policies and procedures as outlined in the Associate Handbook and Policy and Procedure Manual, as well as Fair Housing rules and regulations.

Prompt with regular attendance and maintain a professional appearance at all times while on duty.
Bachelor s degree in journalism, mass communications or related field.
Property management industry experience is preferred.
Excellent understanding/knowledge of social media sites/blogs including Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Strong digital communications and content development background.
Superior written and verbal communication skills and ability to counsel customer issues.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully, across multiple tasks, with minimal supervision.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher.
ZenDesk customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
Must agree to a criminal background check and sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing.
Valid and current driver s license.
