Job DescriptionThe Manager of Payroll Support Services is responsible for overseeing the administration of the Company s payroll function including working directly with the third-party vendor to ensure accurate and timely payroll distributions, maintenance of all team member payroll records, oversight of payroll tax deposits and filings, reconciliation of payroll taxes and other payroll deductions is achieved through HRIS/payroll system. Ensures the Company s payroll processes are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. EducationCollege degree in business, human resources administration, or related field, and/or equivalent experience is preferred. Qualifications
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to create and make presentations to team members, executive and senior managers, and others, and to develop recruiting brochures, offer letters, and other collateral materials.
Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs in order to complete required reports and produce necessary training materials.
Demonstrated project management skills in order to develop and execute a project plan from conception through implementation and evaluation.
Demonstrated skills in interpersonal communication to establish and build strategic partnerships and business relationships, and effectively interact with executives and senior-level management groups.
Employment history that demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary for development and administration sufficient to design processes, practices, policies, and procedures for managing an effective payroll function.
