The Senior ESG/Investor Relations Analyst reports to the Director of Investor Relations and executes on all items related to developing, improving, maintaining, and monitoring the company s environmental, social and governance (ESG) programs as well as assisting with preparations of investor relations materials and communications. Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborates with internal associates and 3rd party consultants to develop plans and gather data related to the company s ESG program
Assists in preparation of annual surveys and reports related to ESG
Explores and researches ways to improve the company s ESG program
Assists in preparation of materials and communications related to investor relations
Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
Four or more years of investor relations, financial and/or budget analysis experience required
Experience with ESG programs and/or investor relations preferred
MBA or other Master s degree preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of ESG and investor relations concepts and practices
Quantitative analytical skills and attention to detail
Business and financial acumen
Organizational and process management skills
Written and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations
Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a team
Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to prepare professional quality presentations and communication materials
Ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain appropriate discretion
