A Day in the Life:
As our Administrative Assistant you will be expected to manage the Vice President's schedule, daily communications, and organization and completion of reports and documents. While maintaining an organized and detailed workspace, the Administrative Assistant will serve as a liaison for all Associates and other corporate offices.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate meetings and schedules
Draft and coordinate documents, contracts, and other administrative paperwork
Respond to customer/resident inquires
Understand and stay up to date regarding ARW and check scanning system in order to effectively identify issues
Assist with the day to day operation of the department
Assist in recovery, posting charges, payments and deposits of former resident payments
Maintain company customer services standards
Participate in company training classes and required meetings
Assist, when needed, in scheduling of work to be performed, including vacations, holidays or coverage
Coordinate supplies for the department
Ensure that equipment is maintained and in operable condition
Manage the communications and computer systems as applicable
What You'll Need to Succeed:
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor or Associates degree
Previous experience as an assistant
OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Excellent software skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Exemplary customer service and excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
Excellent organization skills.

High degree of confidentiality and trustworthiness.

Ability to multi-task and change focus quickly to accommodate service needs of associates and/or clients.
Ability to work a schedule during normal hours and that may be other than Monday-Friday, 8-5. Work in excess of 40 hours per week is likely
