University City Housing is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in our Philadelphia office. The Marketing Manager will coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns. In this position, the Marketing Manager will maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the multifamily real estate market while consistently working to identify innovative ways to market our properties.
Who are you?
You have experience developing and executing marketing campaigns in the multifamily industry while inspiring and collaborating with property managers. You will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as a long-term strategy while thriving on tight deadlines and changing needs.
What will you be doing?
Social Media – Create and administer quarterly social media plans for 10+ apartment communities.
Email Marketing – Design and implement email marketing campaigns for prospects and residents. Evaluate and report on results.
Direct Marketing – Manage direct marketing initiatives and ensure compliance with property marketing objectives
Events – Generate ideas for new and exciting resident events. Plan, coordinate and administer events.
Reputation Management - Monitor property online presence, including completing audits and responding to reviews
Online Presence - Write monthly blog posts. Audit and update online internet listings. Assist in increasing brand awareness by complying with brand guidelines

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field required
At least three years of experience in a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrate a high level of accountability and ability to perform under pressure
Strong leadership skills
Understanding of principles/methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Knowledge of ILS platforms
Team player able to collaborate with the marketing team to create design solutions that meet company objectives in an innovative and creative way
Multifamily experience preferred, but not required
A positive can-do attitude is a must
Knowledge of Adobe CS or SEO reporting a plus!
