A Day in the Life:
As the Talent Intern you will receive a well-rounded learning experience as you assist the Alliance Talent Team in their day to day tasks. You will get hands on experience of the recruiting process from beginning to end, as well as the chance to work on Alliance Talent specific initiatives.
What You'll Do:
Assist in the Creation of Job Requisitions and Offer Details of behalf of the VP of Talent Management and the Director of Talent
Assist with the job duties of the Talent team, i.e. Talent Advisors and Talent Coordinators
Assist with the Summer Internship (Property) Program
Help maintain the Careers and Recruiting email inboxes
Assist with the implementation and upgrade of new and existing company initiatives relating to the talent team.
Work on side projects assigned specifically to you
Other tasks as assigned or directed
What You'll Need to Succeed:
College student, enrolled in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, or similar field
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to give feedback and recommendations when needed
Creative thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail and follow-up skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and relate effectively, productively, and positively with other associates
Dependable, punctual and reliable with strong work ethic
Ability to multi-task and change focus quickly to accommodate service needs of associates and/or clients
Ability to work a schedule during normal work hours and that may be other than Monday-Friday, 8-5. Work in excess of 40 hours per week is likely.
Consistent, regular and in person attendance during regular working hours at the workplace is required.
