A Day in the Life of an Applications Support Analyst:
As a Lincoln Military Applications Support Analyst, you will administer centralized applications such as Yardi, Active Directory, Google, Okta and assist in departmental projects and other tasks as assigned. Your customer service skills will be very important in this role, with the ability to deliver on our mission of providing exemplary service in accordance with Lincoln Military Housing's quality customer satisfaction standards.
Your Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Full Internal Yardi Suite support - analyzing our current system, suggesting modifications, escalating issues to Yardi support teams and monitoring ongoing Yardi-wide issues, cases, & TRs.
Assists with system upgrades, implementations, and maintenance when required.
Mentor, train and develop support staff.
Administration of various business system software.
Provides timely responses in a professional, customer service-oriented fashion that resolves core issues as efficiently as possible.
Working with National Training Department to implement and improve training processes.
Understanding of SQL script and working to improve the reporting possibilities utilizing custom database tables.
Continuously stays up to date with systems changes and updates to ensure knowledge of business systems is globally understood.
Maintains an overall positive, helpful attitude when working with end-users.
Other duties as assigned.
What You Need for Success:
Bachelor Degree or Work Experience equivalent in Computers, Software, IT, Enterprise Property Management
3-5 years customer facing (leasing) property management experience.
5-10 years with Yardi Systems.
5+ years Yardi Voyager. (7S required)
Exposure to Yardi Rent Cafe CRM.
A minimum of 5+ years working in a multi-office environment.
Multifaceted IT/Property Management background with proven ability to hyper-task with daily operations while concurrently progressing short- and long-term projects.
Excellent customer service & communication skills. Exceptional understanding of each issue along with the ability to communicate between technical and non-technical people is a must.
Must be able to multi-task, balance and prioritize multiple issues at multiple locations.
Self-motivated. Must be able to work independently with little supervision
Ability to travel to other regional locations for work, training, meetings and other work-related activities <30%.

Team Player. Must be able communicate issues, solutions, ideas across IT department to ensure cross-training, proper handoffs/escalations, etc
Must have a valid Driver's License or ability to commute to office, sites, conferences.
