A Day in the Life:
As our Leasing Administrator, your role will be essential in managing all aspects of our associate leasing program. While keeping up to date on all legal requirements that may have an impact on Alliance internal policies, including any state and federal legislation changes, essential tasks will consist of completing detailed reviews and overseeing all lease and addendum revisions and updates. Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately, maintain world class service, and identify and implement process improvements are the keys to your success.
What You'll Do:
Consistently maintain customer contact
Review/complete revisions to Alliance forms housed in support systems
Confirm Owner entities and accurately update Alliance support systems as properties transition in
Directly collaborate with Ancillary on new property transitions, Leadership when lease changes are required, and with Operations to review and approve Associate Leases
Conduct and lead semi-annual lease reviews through local counsel
Conduct legal research, legal writing, preparation of documents and addendums
Act as a liaison between Alliance operations team, owner groups, legal counsel to comply with all state and federal requirements
Track pending projects and communications, provide status updates
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years' experience in legal firm, property management support or industry related field
Industry certification(s) (ARM, CAM, CPM, NALP, etc.)
Knowledge of computer operating systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Exemplary customer service and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
Adapt to changing needs and deadlines.
