The primary role of the Regional Leasing Specialist (RLS) is to be responsible for all sales activities from working with our Marketing Department for lead generation to signing the lease in order to achieve the weekly/monthly goals established for them and the community. The RLS will have the ability to travel throughout Florida for periods of time to various communities.
Additionally, the RLS is expected to mentor, motivate, and provide leadership to the assigned communities Team Members (TM’s) to help ensure the components of marketing and leasing are maximized.
Day to Day:
Perform all sales and leasing activities in person to achieve the property's revenue and occupancy goals.
Reporting from multiple databases, review current marketing plan and adapt as needed.
Oversee social media, idea generation, onsite and offsite event coordination, planning and execution of outreach and guerrilla marketing efforts.
Build and maintain a positive morale with the onsite teams.
Provide comprehensive daily and end of week updates to leadership for tasks accomplished and goal completion.
Accomplish individual and community weekly, monthly, and annual leasing goals.
Weekly Rent Roll meeting call with Regional Community Managers, as necessary.
Travel out of town on assignment for varying lengths of time
Provide and implement strategic marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
Follows the community’s established policies related to concessions, specials, and other programs to boost occupancy.
Ensure all models and amenities are in good order for viewing.
Responds quickly and courteously to resident concerns.
Responsibilities may change due to community needs, market changes, or seasonal demands of position.
Your Skills – Show us what you got:
Minimum of 2years of full-time successful apartment leasing or sales experience.
Ability to adapt to many personalities quickly.
Top notch communicator.
Ensure compliance of Landlord/Tenant Law and Fair Housing.
Leadership, organization, and management abilities to foster team building in a collaborative atmosphere to establish sustainable change in a positive direction.
Exceptional customer service.
Ability to travel out of town for extensive\indefinite periods of time. Travel may be 75% or more in and throughout Florida.
Proven closing record.
Social media savvy is a plus.
Excellent computer skills.
Willingness to work varied schedules, weekends, and some holidays as required and at different locations.
Strong experience either in sales or marketing, a plus!
Fun, upbeat, outgoing personality will make you successful if you have all the above!
Commuting from one apartment home to another or one building to another.
Must be able to lift 30lbs.
