We are searching for a talented Power BI Developer to be based out of Key Tower in Cleveland, OH.
Dedicated to the design and development of robust data analytic dashboards and reports across a broad spectrum of back office functions. Must have demonstrated prior experience working in a data intensive environment, delivering robust and innovative reporting solutions to end users. Must be able to gain a deep understanding of key business processes and the supporting enterprise data models to help design and deliver impactful analytic and reporting technology solutions to enhance those processes. This hands-on role requires critical thinking, strong customer focus, strong technical skills, and the ability to execute and deliver.

Provide support for Data Science and Development, Quality, and Integration (DQI) departments.
Responsible for Power BI Premium administration, report design, modeling, and development.
Independently execute complex data analysis across multiple platforms using Excel, Power BI, Power BI Paginated, or other available tools. Strong data analytics skills required to troubleshoot data issues.
Responsible for integration work across various applications and learning new integration tools.
Work with business on designing and developing new programs to solve business needs.
Migrate dashboards through development to Quality Assurance to Production environments.
Maintain user access, folder security, role, and data sources.
Follow Development, QA and Integration best practices the development cycle and production deployment.
Utilize reporting tools to design and deliver dashboards and reports to stakeholders using an agile-like methodology for increased stakeholder engagement and faster time to market.
Develop SQL scripts to validate financial and statistical measures presented in Power BI and Power BI Paginated reports.
Design and develop integration methods to promote the effectiveness and efficiency of data integration across products and vendors.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of enterprise reporting development, delivery domain areas and Multifamily applications using multiple technologies and tool sets.
Develop detailed requirements documentation including user stories, use cases, design specifications, business process, data flows and acceptance criteria.
Accountable for deliverables by understanding and balancing the competing demands for project scope, time, and quality.
Understand and apply the enterprise vision and strategy to the project solution while balancing tactical needs to deliver.
Ensure that all delivered solutions meet the highest quality standards and satisfy all specified business requirements through rigorous validation and testing.
Manage support issues raised by the business through to resolution and within defined support SLAs.
Confidently participate in meetings and manage frequent communications with all levels of the organization including key stakeholders and senior management.
Be very resourceful to proactively identify and engage available resources and subject matter experts in related areas to achieve your goals, with a strong ability to multitask and manage time and priorities under pressure while meeting deadlines.
This position requires an Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degree. Preferably in Computer Science, Business Intelligence or Software Engineering.
1-2 years' experience in Power BI or comparable visualization tool administration is required.
1-2 years' experience in producing SSRS, PBRIS tabular reporting, Power BI visualization development is required.
1-2 years' experience in query writing in SQL database, working with large datasets, and proficiency data modeling/data warehousing concepts, software development, integration, testing, and support for VB, Python, R or other programming (.NET/ASP, HTML/XML, etc.) is preferred.
1-2 years experience with REIT/Multifamily/Real Estate customer/team is preferred.
A preferred certification for this position includes: Certificate in discipline – Microsoft Power BI/SQL
