Manages daily cleaning and maintenance of units, grounds and common areas
Assists with unit trash outs
Performs daily inspections of the community, ensuring it is litter free
Provides direct support to your Maintenance Supervisor

Ability to work overtime and potentially a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
