* Independently research various state and local COVID reporting regulations, and keep ER Director apprised of requirements and updates* With ER Director's approval, create reporting methods and processes, and provide analyses of data and trends* With ER Director's approval, submit state and local reports to appropriate government or health organization in compliance with regulations* Work within LeaveSource, Workday and Risk Master to gather COVID leave information* Create/run LeaveSource reports surrounding COVID leaves* Solid employment law knowledge, specifically related to the administration of leaves and accommodations required* Excellent organizational skills, strong analytic ability, and terrific attention to detail* Good verbal and written communication skills to facilitate interacting with managers/RPM to gather additional information, as needed* At all times, protect confidentiality and privacy of team members * Potential contact tracing work* Submit state/local reporting* Advanced Excel knowledge
